WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Please keep the proof of purchasing (receipt) of this product. It will be required by the
technician when carrying out repair works. Assistance will only be provided after you show
proof of purchase that your appliance is within the warranty period.
2.
The warranty period for this appliance is 2 years of the date of purchase.
3.
Under warranty, all parts that during the normal use of the appliance have been damaged
as a result of proved defective material or manufacture can be repaired or replaced, free of
charge.
4.
Consumable parts, such as sealing rings, measuring cup, lamps, easily breakable parts
and accessories are not covered by this warranty.
5.
We will not be liable for damages caused by poor or careless use of the appliance, by
improper connection to an electrical current other than that indicated on the rating plate,
by poor electrical installation, by weather or by chemical or electrochemical conditions.
Complaints or compensation claims for parts that are not wholly part of this appliance will
not be accepted.
6.
The provision of assistance under the warranty does not extend the warranty period.
Assistance will only be provided within this warranty period. Only the first buyer is entitled to
the warranty, which cannot be transferred to another person.
7.
The warranty expires when unauthorized personnel attempts to repair, modify or replace
the parts.
8.
The buyer will always be responsible for all costs and risks relating to transport to our plant
or vice-versa.
To benefit from the Technical Assistance service during the 24-month warranty period after
the date of purchase you will need to:

Show the invoice/purchase slip, stating (where possible) the model and the product
manufacturer's number.
NOTE:
Failure to present these documents provides grounds for not performing the services
under the warranty.
