TROUBLESHOOTING
This appliance is equipped with an electronic system to detect any anomalies, such as engine
overheating, excess weight in the bowl, etc. The table below describes possible problems
that may occur and how to solve them.

PROBLEM
The appliance cannot be
switched on.
The appliance does not heat.
The bowl cannot be removed.
CAUSE
No time selected for the preparation.
Lid not present or incorrectly placed.
Excess current.
Detection of current over 8A for more
than 1 minute.
Rotation speed less than 50 rpm during 6
continuous seconds.
Engine speed over 23000 rpm during 6
continuous seconds.
Engine does not run. Detection of power
failure, open circuit or engine rotation
speed less than 50 rpm during 6 continu-
ous seconds.
Maximum weight limit in bowl has been
exceeded (5000 g).
Bowl not properly placed.
- Check if the connecting cable is properly plugged in.
- Press button ON/OFF to switch on the appliance (see p. 70).
- Check if the bowl and lid are placed correctly (see p. 65).
- Check if a heating time has been preset (see p. 72).
- Check if a temperature has been preset (see p. 73).
- Check if the bowl and lid are placed correctly (see p. 65).
- Without removing the lid, press the function button REVERSE SPEED for 2
seconds.
SOLUTION
Press buttons "-" and "+" to program the
time as indicated in the recipe.
Place lid and insert bowl correctly in the
appliance following the instructions.
Press button "-" and restart
the appliance.
Press button "-" and switch off the appli-
ance. Check if any ingredient is blocking
the blades and remove it.
Press button "-" and switch
off the appliance.
Press button "-" and switch off the
appliance. Wait at least 5 minutes before
turning it on again.
Check and reduce contents
in the bowl.
Insert bowl in the appliance following the
instructions.
