Troubleshooting
The temperature in the cooler or the freezer is too high.

temperature. Change the temperature of the cooler or freezer compartment
and wa t unt l the temperature of the related compartments come to the
adequate level.
• The doors were opened frequently or kept open for long per ods. >>> Do not
open the doors too frequently.
• The door may be ajar. >>> Fully close the door.
• The product may have been recently plugged n or a new food tem s placed
ns de. >>> Th s s normal. The product w ll take longer to reach the set
temperature when recently plugged n or a new food tem s placed ns de.
• Large quant t es of hot food may have been recently placed nto the product.
>>> Do not place hot food nto the product.
Shaking or noise.
• The ground s not level or durable. >>> If the product s shak ng when moved
slowly, adjust the stands to balance the product. Also make sure the ground s
suff c ently durable to bear the product.
• Any tems placed on the product may cause no se. >>> Remove any tems
placed on the product.
The product is making noise of liquid flowing, spraying etc.
• The product's operat ng pr nc ples nvolve l qu d and gas flows. >>> Th s s
normal and not a malfunct on.
There is sound of wind blowing coming from the product.
• The product uses a fan for the cool ng process. Th s s normal and not a
malfunct on.
There is condensation on the product's internal walls.

not a malfunct on.
