Dual Surface Element [on somemodels)
The left front surface element has 2 cooking
sizes to select from so you con match the
size of the element to the size of the
cookwore you are using.
To use the large surface element, turn the
SELECTORknob to O. Push down and turn
the control knob to the desired setting. The
element will heat the entire area contained
bg the larger circle.
To use the small surface element, turn the
SELECTOR knob to e. Pushin and turn the
control knob to the desired setting. The
element will onIg heat the area inside the
smaller circle.
Surface Elements Cycle On and Off
Surface elements will cgcle on and off
to maintain the temperature gou have
selected.
All radiant surface elements have a
temperature limiter that protects the glass
cooktop from getting too hot.
The temperature limiter mag cgcle the
elements off while cooking if:
_: The pan boils dry.
::Ji:: The pon bottom is not riot.
_: The pon is off-center
::Ji:: There is no pan on the element.
