Troubleshooting

Probable cause
Excess feeding. Due to this fact, the motor
does not manage to maintain the rotation
required and
the product accumulates inside
the machine (continuing with the use may
burn out the motor by overload).
Insufficient feeding of the machine
Lack of cutting edge to the knives
Voltage drop in the electrical network
Solution
Disconnect the equipment and
wait for the motor to stop. Open the
feeding funnel and clean the product
excess inside the machine, close the
feeding funnel, activate the motor, wait
for it to attain the maximum rotation and
restart the work, controlling the power
supply of the machine, so as not to
demand more than the motor capacity can
handle.
Control the feeding so that it is continuous,
but not in excess so as not to cause
bushing.
Sharpen the knives as indicated
in item Cutting blades maintenance
(page 35).
Check the conditions of the electrical
network (electrician).
