2. BEFORE USE
-
This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance
out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other
packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the appliance
when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure
all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.

Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any
piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service
immediately.

3. OPERATION

The mini fridge takes up to 12 hours to reach its optimum temperature upon first use. After
continuous use, the temperature dwell time will naturally decrease.

To switch between cooling and heating, turn the mode switch to the Off position and wait
at least 30 minutes before switching to the other mode. Fig. 2

Keep the mode switch in the Off position before connecting the mini fridge to a plug
socket.
Plug the AC power cable into the AC connector of the mini fridge.

Place the mini fridge on a stable surface and plug the other end of the cable into a power
outlet.

Set the switch to Cooling mode or Heating mode.

Keep the switch in the Off position before connecting the mini fridge to your car socket.

Plug the DC power cable into the DC connector of the mini fridge.

Place the mini fridge on a stable surface and plug the other end of the cable into the car
socket.

Set the switch to Cooling mode or Heating mode.
WARNING:
Do not leave the mini fridge running in the car with the engine switched off.
Cooling

For faster cooling, store cold drinks in the mini fridge.

Temperature depends on the environment.
-
The colder the ambient temperature, the cooler the mini fridge will be. Ambient temperature
is the temperature of surrounding air. For example, if the appliance is used for cooling, the
item can be cooled down to 18 °C below ambient temperature: the appliance will thus keep
the item cool between 5 °C and 8 °C.
Heating
-
The appliance is also designed to keep warm. It is not designed to directly heat up cold
items.

After switching the mini fridge off, hot items will maintain their temperature for several
hours, provided the door is properly closed. Temperature dwell time will vary depending
on environmental conditions.

Take care to avoid burns during use of the mini fridge in Heating mode.
