Pre-cooling the CoolMultiMobil
The CoolMultiMobil can only effectively cool meal components if a
pre-cooling time of at least half an hour is observed.
The CoolMultiMobil can be switched on manually for pre-cooling.
1.
Connect the CoolMultiMobil to the power supply.
2.
Close the roller shutters.
3.
Switch on the CoolMultiMobil using the on/off button .
4.
Check that the cooling is switched on (ventilation audible, display
of current temperature). If necessary, switch on the cooling.
5.
Check the required temperature, press the Set button

�� The CoolMultiMobil starts cooling.
The CoolMultiMobil can be switched on automatically for pre-cooling
via a timer.
1.
Connect the GN container food serving trolley to the power
supply via the timer.
2.
Close the roller shutters.
3.
Switch on the CoolMultiMobil using the on/off button
4.
Check that the cooling is switched on (ventilation audible, display
of current temperature). If necessary, switch on the cooling.
5.
Check the required temperature, press the Set button . If nec-
essary, correct the required temperature.
6.
Switch off the power supply at the timer.
�� The CoolMultiMobil starts cooling when the timer connects the
CoolMultiMobil to the power supply.

Keeping food cold
The CoolMultiMobil is only intended to keep food cold. The unit must
not be loaded with warm food that has not been pre-cooled.
Close the roller shutters if it is not necessary to access the unit.
Food can only be kept cold when the unit is connected to the power
supply. Only disconnect the unit from the power supply during opera-
tion when the roller shutters are closed and only for a short time.
After an interruption in operation, check whether the food temper-
atures are still within the permissible range.
