9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
Solution
Connect the micro USB cables to charging.
Replace and re-connect
1. Decrease intensity.
2. Reposition the electrodes.
3. Replace.
4. Replae electrodes with the one that have
an active area no less than 25cm
1. Ve rify connection is secure. Insure the
connection is firm.
2. Turn down the intensity. Rotate electrode
wires in socket 900. If still intermittent,
replace electrode wires.
3. If still intermittent after replacing electrode
wires, a component may have failed. Call
the repair departme nt.
Some program is intended to stimulate in
intermittent way.

operation section to get the description of the
program option.
