- Tighten all the screws with the torque 12 Nm.
Check proper fastening of the roof rail giving it a powerful shake with your hand.

- Fit the cover (B) upon the front shoe of the rail, and clamp its lower section carefully accor-
ding to the figure.
- Fit the cover (C) upon the rear shoe of the rail, and clamp its lower section carefully accor-
ding to the figure.
- Fit and clamp the cover (D) upon the central shoe of the rail according to the figure.
Important
For mounting the roof rails, use only the screws that are included in the set of the
rails. The screws are provided with a substance protecting them from self-releasing. If
dismounting and mounting it repeatedly, always change the screws and covers.
Important Advice to the Customer:
The maximum load upon the roof of the vehicle including the weight of the
carriers is governed by the data in the Technical Certificate of the vehicle and it
is 100 kg at the most (fig. 15).
Because of safety reasons, the maximum load must not be exceeded!
