Brush motor overload
Vacuum motor overload
Debris or wires/cords entangled in
the brush hub, slowing its rotation
Battery voltage too high, >29.5V
Flow adjustment button

Remedy
Check brush motor or replace it
Check vacuum motor or replace it
Remove the brush and remove any
debris/wires/cords
Use batteries of 24V
