Safety and Caution Warning
UNDERSTAND THE USE OF YOUR CHIPPER
• Read and understand the user manual and labels affixed to the chipper. Learn its use and
limitations, as well as the specific potential dangers peculiar to it.
DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND MEDICATION
• Do not use the chipper under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or with medication that may alter
a corrective use.
AVOID HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS
• Place the chipper at a height of 60-75 cm, stably, on a level workbench, with enough room to
work, and allowing the operator to be alert. Attach the chipper to the work surface if it tends to
slip, move, or slip.
• Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered and dark areas can lead to accidents.
• Do not use the chipper in wet or rain-exposed areas.
• Nor in areas exposed to gases that come from paints, solvents or flammable liquids, as they can
cause serious accidents.
CHECK YOUR CHIPPER
• Check your chipper before use. Keep the workplace tidy. Get into the habit of visually checking
that everything is correct, and if necessary I make the corresponding adjustments before starting
it.
• Replace damage, faults or defective parts before commissioning.
VIEW CORRECTLY
• Do not wear wide clothing, ties or jewelry, as they can catch during the use of the chipper.
• Wear non-slip footwear, as well as protective and insulating gloves (non-electrically conductive).
Use a hair cap, if it is long, to prevent possible accidents with the machine.
