13. Purge screw
14. Oil level dipstick
Before operating with the chipper, the purge screw must be lightly unscrewed, so that air can
enter and exit the oil tanks without problems.
The airflow through the purge screw hole must be detectable during work operations.
Before moving the chipper, make sure that the purge screw is tight, in order to avoid possible oil
leaks.
Do not loosen the purge screw, it will keep the air in the hydraulic system stagnant, and
compression and subsequent decompression cannot be performed. If this problem is ongoing,
It can cause permanent damage to the hydraulic system, and therefore to the chipper.
15. Maximum pressure limit screw
Do not adjust the screw to maximum pressure.
The maximum pressure is set before the chipper stops working
and the maximum pressure limit screw is sealed with glue to
ensure that the chipper works under pressure less than 4 / 5 /
7 tons. The adjustment has been made by a qualified
mechanic with professional instruments.
Unauthorized reprogramming can cause failure of the
hydraulic outlet pump with insufficient pressure or cause
serious injury as well as damage to the machine.
