WIRING DIAGRAM INSTALLATION SCHEME
Operate with a chipper
This chipper is equipped with the ZHB control system which should be
used by both hands of the user – The left hand controls the level of the hydraulic control, while
the right hand controls the push button switch. Only after both hands release the controls will the
log pusher begin to turn back to its starting position.
The separation force and speed are governed by the 2-phase control lever. Push the lever in the
first phase halfway to accelerate the speed to the force of the lower division to divide usual logs;
Push the lever in the second phase all the way for maximum separation force at a lower speed to
split particularly hard and experienced logs. These phases can be changed by simply raising and
lowering the lever.
Never force the chipper for more than 5 seconds, keeping pressure on it if the log to be divided is
excessively hard wood.
After this time interval, the oil under pressure may overheat and the machine may be damaged.
For extremely hard logs, turn it about 90º to see if it can be divided in a different direction. In any
case, if they are not able to divide the trunk, it means that its hardness is greater than the capacity
of the machine and, therefore, that it must be

Always place the logs firmly on the work plates/table. Make sure
the logs do not twist, swing, or slide while dividing. Do not force
the blade by dividing the trunk at its top. This can cause blade
breakage or damage to the machine.
Separate the trunk in the direction it widens. DO NOT place the
log transversely in the chipper for division. It can be dangerous
and can seriously damage the machine.
Do not try to divide 2 logs at once. One of them can jump and
cause injuries.
