• Keep this manual for future reference: it provides all the necessary information for installation,
use and maintenance for the OC brewer.
• Keep all the packaging material: it will help prevent any damage in case of storage or trans-
portation and is required to return the brewer in case of Warranty replacement.
• Cleaning kit included with the OC brewer, to save for cleaning operations. See Cleaning and
Maintenance section for details. Extra cleaning Kits available upon request by your dealer.
• Read all the instructions before using. Strict compliance with the routine maintenance instruc-
tions given in this manual is required for a safe and efficient operation of the appliance.
• Do not use the brewer or carry out any routine maintenance before reading this manual.
• This brewer has been designed and manufactured to brew coffee, tea and dispense hot water
in an indoor and dry environment only. Do not use outdoor. Any other use other than its in-
tended purpose is considered unauthorized and may void the warranty.
• Verify package and brewer are in good condition before use. If damaged, do not use.
• Do not install brewer near oven, gas or electric devices, in a room where cleaning may take
place or water jets used, or in professional kitchens. Make sure power cord is safely stored
and away from sharp edges, sources of water and/or heat.
• Do not use if panels are removed, if safety devices are excluded or there are signs of damage.
• The device must be positioned horizontally and in any case not in a position that is different
than what is shown.
• This brewer produces hot liquids that may cause scalding. Keep away from children at any time.
• Do not touch the hot surfaces.
• The brewer must be used by responsible and trained personnel only, expected to comply with
local safety regulations and accepted common sense procedures. Keep away at all times from
children, people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, with no experience and
practice unless supervised or properly trained by personnel responsible for their safety.
• To install the brewer, always insert the plug in the wall socket first, and then turn the power
switch to "ON" position. To uninstall it, turn the power switch to "OFF" position and then pull
the plug from the wall socket.
• Unplug the coffee brewer before cleaning and when not in use for long periods. Please read
"Cleaning & Maintenance" section to learn how to take care of your brewer and for proper storage.
• Keep the brewer in temperature between 5°C (41°F) and 40°C (104°F) at all times. If tempera-
ture drops below 5°C (41°F), the brewer must be properly drained to avoid water to freeze and
