EXTERIORS
The body of the brewer can be cleaned using a wet cloth. Use only dry tissue to wipe screen
clean. Use of chemicals is highly discouraged.
7. STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Keep dry and at ambient temperature at all times. In the event the brewer will not be used for a
long period of time, or in case of shipment, it is recommended to call for service to have the
brewer drained out and safely stowed in its original box. Call your Office Coffee Supplier for
further information.
8. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Display is off with power switch is in On posi-
tion.
Screen is not responsive or defective.
Brewer is short potting.
New capsule won't go in.
Cup light is off.
Coffee splashing from the spout.
Hot water dripping from the spout.
Display is asking to "Insert capsule and close
lid" even when lid is shut.
Brewer is overfilling the cup.
Display is asking to empty the Waste Bin even
if it is empty or has just few spent capsules in
it.
solUtion
Check the light on the power switch. If it's On,
call Service. If it's Off, inspect plug is correctly
inserted in the receptacle or CGFI breaker is
On.
Call Service.
One of the two pumps, or the Vent valve may
be defective and require inspection. Call
Service.
Verify capsule is correctly oriented vertical,
with larger side facing back.
Empty waste bin.
Call Service if problem persists.
Verify CUP LIGHT setting.
LED malfunction, call service.
Capsule has been inserted backwards, and
spout is clogged with coffee ground.
Call Service.
Brew hot water several times to eliminate pos-
sible debris. Call Service if problem persists.
Either the Capsule Lever's Internal Magnet
or the Sensor is missing or not in its slot.
Call Service.
Automatic Adjustment may be on and volt-
age is higher than 115V. Call Service.
Machine is programmed to periodically
request the emptying of the Waste Bin regard-
less of its content.
