ASSEMBLY & JERKY MAKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thoroughly clean all parts
before use.
2. Align threads of two Plunger
Shaft pieces and turn
clockwise until tight
(Figure 1).
3. Push in the Plunger Release
Button and pull the Plunger
Knob back until it is in the
fully retracted position
(Figure 2).
4. Align threads of the
Aluminum Tube to the open
end of the Handle Assembly,
turn clockwise until secured
in place (Figure 3).
5. Thoroughly mix ground meat
with desired seasoning.
6. With wet hands, form balls
of the ground meat mixture
and drop them into the Tube.
Using the Stomper, press the
mixture firmly into the Tube,
squeezing out any trapped
air. Repeat this step until the
Tube is filled up to 1"
(2.5 cm) from the top
(Figure 4).
7. Slide Jerky Strip, Snack
Stick or Sausage Funnel
Attachment through Front
Ring Nut. Align threads of
the Nut with the top of the
Tube and turn clockwise until
secured in place (Figure 5).
NOTE: The Double Jerky
Strip Attachment has a Front
Ring Nut already attached.
