Cutting clearance a = sheet thickness x 0.2
To set the cutting clearance, the moving cut-
ter blade must be in the lowest position. Only
loosen the fixed cutter blade enough to allow
it to be shifted without play, see Setting the
cutting clearance
[} 282].

3.3 Reducing the speed
With these power tools, the speed can be re-
duced quickly in the following situations:

This TRUMPF shears offer the oppor-
tunity to adjust the immersion depth of the
moving cutter blade to the sheet thickness
and cutting task by using a height regulator.
