9. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
9.1.
START UP
NOTE
Before beginning a new operation:
•
Open the drain valve in order to check that all water from the last
operation has been totally eliminated. Close the valve again.
•
Check that the condenser is covered by its transparent cover (manifold
or chamber).
•
Check that all valves of the chamber are closed correctly.
To start up the equipment, press the switch placed above the electrical connection (see Fig. 17), moving it to the
position I.
The equipment will start up and the introduction screen will appear (Fig. 18).
Press on the middle of the screen to access to main screen (Fig. 19).
The main screen contains:
1. The condenser temperature value and the vacuum value. Press on this box to access the temperature probes
screen (Fig. 20).
2. An indicator of working mode.
3. Four buttons, from left to right:
-Access the automatic mode screen
-Access the semiautomatic mode screen
-Start defrosting mode
-Access the menu screen
The first three buttons are used to start a working mode, for this reason they are disabled while the other mode is
activated.
