6.1
Notes on safety for the maintenance
The periodic maintenance is essential for the good operation,
safety, yield and duration of the gas train.
It allows you to reduce consumption and polluting emissions and
to keep the product in a reliable state over time.
The maintenance interventions and the calibration
must only be carried out by qualified, authorised
personnel, in accordance with the contents of this
manual and in compliance with the standards and

regulations of current laws.
Before carrying out any maintenance, cleaning or checking oper-
ations:

Maintenance programme
6.2.1
Maintenance frequency
The gas combustion system should be checked at
least once a year by a representative of the man-
ufacturer or another specialised technician.
6.2.2
Checking and cleaning
The operator must use the required equipment
during maintenance.
6.2.3
Filter maintenance
Check the filter at least once a year!
The anti-dust device can be replaced: it is a filter
with a fine mesh (120 µm) for protecting the gas

train.
You can change the filter without removing the fitting.
Stop gas supply, close ball cock.
Unscrew the 4 bolts 1) in the gas inlet flange using a No. 4
hex key.
Remove 2 bolts and pull out the filter part 2).
Clean or replace the filter felt and the strainer.
Reassemble taking care the parts are the right way round
and tighten the 4 bolts.
Check the flange is tightened (Fig. 8).

Maintenance
Disconnect the electrical power using the main
switch.
DANGER
Turn off the fuel interception tap.
DANGER
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.
