Fitting the roof hooks to the rafters

1. Assemble the bottom roof hooks in acc. with the Fig. and secure with 6x60
woodscrews to the rafters.
2. Assemble the top roof hooks in acc. with the Fig.; adjust the distance to 1.67 m
using the slot; lock the hook with M8x16 coach bolts and secure with 6x60
woodscrews to the rafter.
3. Adjust the height of the fixing bracket and secure with M8x20 coach bolts.
4. Secure the mounting rail in acc. with the Fig. with M8x25 hexagon screws.
- Where the tile valley is not above a rafter, fix compensating rails 3 supplied above
rafter 2. Roof hooks 1 are secured through the tile valley to the compensating rail.
- Secure compensating rails 3 on rafter 2.
- Insert the M8x16 coach bolt from below through the compensating rails.
- Position the roof hook and secure tightly with the hexagon nuts.
