• Switch the cooker on with a moderate load of wood until the oven thermometer indicates 180 °C.
• Load a single piece of wood weighing 500 - 600 g one at a time and wait for it to burn completely before adding another.
• Place the tray of biscuits in the medium position for 10 minutes.
• Turn the tray halfway through cooking, if necessary.
