The robot vacuum only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
networks. See page 13 for instructions on how to
distinguish between a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz band.
Turn off the robot by holding down the power
button for 3 seconds. Restart the robot by
pressing the power button twice. If problem
persists, call us at 1-877-531-7321 for further
assistance.
