placetwo layerson rackCand two layerson
rack E.Staggerpanson the racksoone is not
directlyabovethe other.
Bakingresultswillbe betterif food iscenteredin
theovenas muchas possible. Angelfood cake
isthe exceptionand shouldbe placedon the
bottomovenrack (position A).Followpackage
directions on prepackaged and frozenfoods for
pan placement.Pansshouldnot touch each
otheror the wallsof the oven.If you needto
usetwo racks,staggerthe panssoone isnot
directlyabovethe other.Leave approximately
1W'betweenpansandfrom thefront, back
and sidesd ovenwall.

How to Set the Oven for Baking or Roasting

Theovenwillstart automatically. T hedisplay
will showPrEwhilepreheating. W henthe oven
reaches the selectedtemperature, t he oven
controlwill beepseveral t imesand the display
will showthe oventemperature.
NOTE: You will hear the convection
fan (onsome models) while the oven is
preheating. Thefan will stop after the oven
is preheated and the display shows your
set temperature. This is normal.
Tochangetheoventemperatureduring
the BAKE cgcle, t ouch theBAKE pod and then
the numberpodsto getthe newtemperature.
F_I Checkfood for doneness at the minimum

time on the recipe. C ooklongerif
necessary.
