When
Using
the
Warming
Drawer
Thewarming drawerwill keephot, cooked
foodswarm.Alwaysstartwith hot food. Donot
useto heat coldfood otherthan crisping
crackers,chipsor dry cereal.
Do not linethe warming drawer orpan
withaluminum foil Foilisan excellent h eat
insulator and willtrap heat beneath it. This
will upset theperformance of the drawer
and could damage the interior finish.
Allow approximately 25 minutes for the
warming drawer to preheat.
, Donot put liquidor water in the warming
drawer.
, All foods placedin the warming drawer
shouldbe coveredwith a lid or aluminumfoil.
Whenwarming pastriesor breads, t he cover
