Errors
The battery
indicator does
not light up when
charging.
Charging too
slow
The lithium-on battery pack contains substances that are hazardous to the environment.
Beore disposing o the vacuum, please rst remove the battery pack, then discard, or recycle it
in accordance with local laws and regulations o the country or region it is used in.
Possible Causes
The charger does not plug into
the vacuum well.
The battery is charged and
switches to Sleep Mode
automatically.
If the problem persists after
ruling out the above two
possibilities.
Battery temperature is too low
or too high.
Solutions
Check whether the charger is
properly plugged into the vacuum.
The vacuum runs normally.
Please contact the after-sales service
department for maintenance.
Wait until the battery's temperature
returns normal, then resume use.
