The pulp is not being ejected;
Ingredients are coming back
up the feeding chute.
The pulp is too wet.
The pulp comes out along
with juice.
The machine is yielding a
low amount of juice.

Loosen the JUICING KNOB 1/4 turn at a time until pulp begins to
eject. If pulp is already ejecting and this issue still occurs, a piece
of produce may be blocking the gears. You can run your machine
in reverse to remove this blockage or use your wooden tamper to
press your produce all the way down through the gears.
• Tighten the JUICING KNOB 1/4 turn at a time until the pulp is dry.
Your produce may vary per batch and seasonally.
• Use fresh ingredients. Overly ripe fruits and vegetables may be
difficult to juice if their fibers have become soft.
• Make sure the SCREEN is in position.
• Tighten the JUICING KNOB 1/4 turn at a time until juice stops
coming out with the pulp.
Make sure the JUICING KNOB is fastened snugly, providing
resistance on your produce.
• Try using the WOODEN TAMPER to press the produce through the
chute. Be careful not to exert too much pressure. If the produce is
very blocked, you may need to disassemble the machine.
• Flip the switch to the reverse position once or twice.
• If it doesn't clear, disassemble the machine to clear any blockage.
