2. BREADSTICK KNOB
Use the BREADSTICK KNOB with the CLOSED HOMOGENIZING BLANK to make
breadsticks, mochi, sorbets, or other foods where a smoother consistency is
desired. The breadstick knob shapes your ingredients into a tube as they are
pushed through the PULP OUTLET.
WHICH TAMPER SHOULD I USE?

DRIP TRAY
Place the DRIP TRAY in the circular indentation
underneath the JUICE OUTLET to make clean up
of any drips quick and easy. Then place the JUICE
PITCHER on top of the DRIP TRAY to prevent
messy drips from staining your counter.
1. PRODUCE TAMPER
Use the PRODUCE TAMPER to firmly push your produce down
the FEEDING CHUTE without ever coming in contact with the
TWIN GEARS.
2. WOODEN TAMPER
Made of wood, the WOODEN TAMPER is designed to push your
ingredients all the way down to the TWIN GEARS. The WOODEN
TAMPER can touch the TWIN GEARS without damaging them.
SCRAPER SET & CLEANING BRUSH
Attach the scraper attachment to the handle and
use the tool to scrape off the pulp residue on the
juicing screen. Remove the scraper attachment
and replace it with the cleaning brush attachment
to brush away the remaining pulp residue. The
cleaning brush has specially designed sections to
quickly clean your Greenstar.
