2.3 Adjust the mounting plate horizontally with a spirit level, and then mark the screw hole
positions on the wall.
2.4 Remove the mounting plate and drill the holes at the marked positions with a drill.
2.5 Insert the rubber expansion plugs into the holes, then fit the mounting plate and secure it
with screws.
NOTE:

Make sure that the mounting plate is sufficiently firm and flat against the wall after
installation.

Step 3. Drill the hole in the wall. Fig. 6
A hole must be drilled in the wall for the coolant pipe, drain pipe and connecting cables.
3.1 Determine the location of the base of the hole in the wall at the position of the mounting
plate.
3.2 The hole shall have a minimum diameter of 70 mm and a small oblique angle to facilitate
drainage.
3.3 Drill the hole in the wall with a 70 mm core bit and at a small oblique angle lower than the
inner end by 5 mm to 10 mm.
3.4 Fit the wall sleeve and the wall sleeve cover (both parts are optional) to protect the
connecting parts.
WARNING:
When drilling the hole in the wall, be sure to avoid cables, pipes and other sensitive
components.

Step 4. Connect the coolant pipe
4.1 According to the position of the hole in the wall, select the appropriate pipe outlet mode.
There are three optional tube modes for indoor units, as shown in the figure below:
In tube outlet mode 1 or tube outlet mode 3, a notch must be made using scissors to cut the
plastic sheet of the tube outlet and the cable outlet on the corresponding side of the indoor
