How to vacuum seal a canister
Use this function to vacuum seal a canister.
Canisters and connector tube are not included with the appliance. This vacuum machine
!
is compatible with Lacor vacuum canisters, Model 69051.
1.- With the machine on, the lid closed, and the handle lowered, connect the air tube to the
canister intake (2) of the appliance.
2.- Place the food inside the container and cover with the lid.
3.- Mount the free end of the air tube on the air intake and outlet of the lid. Make sure that the air
intake and outlet valve is open (PHOTO 13).
4.- Press the vacuum pressure button and select the desired vacuum level (PHOTO 14).
5.- Press the canister button to start the vacuum sealing of the canister. At the beginning of the
cycle, lightly press the lid of the canister.
6.- The vacuum seal process will finish automatically. Remove the canister tube and close the
valve on the lid properly.
ATTENTION:
Clean the canister tube after each cycle to prevent any obstructions.
