A. Use the external hex head volts (14), the flat washers (15) and the nuts (18) to attach
both handles (10) to the rear frame (2) according to the direction in the diagram.
B. Insert the latch with ring (21) in the hole of the height adjustment beam (for safety).
C. While in use, after fastening the feet, insert the latch with ring (21) in the hole in the
rotating toothed disc (for safety).

Stretching exercises
Regardless of the kind of sport you're practicing, it is better to do some stretching exercises first.
Warm muscles stretch more easily, therefore, start with 5-10 minutes of warming up exercises.
Then stop the warming up and do the stretching according to the following method – repeat 5
times, for each side, each muscle should be stretch for at least 10 seconds, after finishing the
exercise with the inversion table repeat the stretching.
1. Stretching down
With your knees slightly bent, slowly bend your body
forward, relax your back and shoulders, if possible touch your
toes with both hands. Hold the position for 10-15 seconds,
then relax. Repeat 3 times (Figure 1).
2. Hamstrings stretching
Sit on a clean cushion, straighten one leg. Bend the other leg
inward so it touches firmly the inner side of the straightened
leg. If possible touch your toes with your hand. Hold the
position for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for
each leg (Figure 2).
