REFRACTORY STONE HOUSING
• The cooking stone that you will find inside the
package simply needs to be housed

CORRECT READING OF THE THERMOMETER
The thermometer has been installed on the product in a position such that the
temperatures detected in this position by the thermometer correspond to the
temperatures detected in the center of the hob, with a tolerance that can vary from
+/- 30 °. The temperatures on the hob can be checked using a digital pyrometer,
taking into account the emission coefficients and distances shown on these
appliances.
It is absolutely normal, given the position of the thermometer probe, that once the
lid of the product is opened the temperature marked by it can drop suddenly. It will
take a few minutes to re-establish the correct reading of the thermometer once
the lid is closed.
