Solution
The battery power is low. Charge the product before using it.
The charger is not powered on. Confirm that the power supply is connected successfully. In case of poor electrode
contact of the charger, clean the charging clip of charger and the charging electrode of the main unit.
The ambient temperature is too low (below 0 ℃) or too high (above 35 ℃)
Make sure that there is sufficient space around the charger. Make sure that the identification on the charger surface
is not blocked by dust and dirt.
The charger is not powered on. Power on the charger before using it.
Shut down the product and restart it.
Make sure that the main unit is successfully connected to the network and always covered by Wi-Fi signals.
Make sure that the main unit and charger are covered by Wi-Fi signals in good condition. Reset Wi-Fi before pairing.
The main brush, edge brush, left and right drive wheels or universal wheel may be entangled by foreign objects.

If this product is not used for a long time, power off the charger before storage. It is recommended to charge the
product every 3 months to prevent damage arising from over-discharge.
Reservation is automatically cleared after shutdown or restart. Keep the product standby.
