1. Stop the product.
2. Disconnect the power cord.
3. Do a check of the wheels on the conveyor cart.
4. Clean around the wheels of the conveyor cart.
5. Replace the wheels if they are damaged.
To do maintenance on the water pump
1. Let water run through the water system for a short
period in order to prevent hoses to get blocked by
slurry.
To clean the water pump
1. Stop the product. Refer to
page 12 .

2. Disconnect the power cord.
3. Disconnect the water pump from the product.
4. Remove the suction filter (A) from the water pump.
5. Remove the partition wall (B) and clean the surfaces.
6. Loosen the pump impeller (C).
7. Pull out the pump impeller and shaft (D).
8. Clean the parts and the housing.
9. Remove iron particles from the magnetic rotor shaft.
10. Make sure that the pump impeller is clean and turns
freely.
