1. Read the operation manual thoroughly before installation or use.
2. Adhere to all instructions marked with a sign to avoid injury.
3. Only trained personnel should install and pre-operate the product.
4. Do not use multi-outlet extension cables for power connections.
5. Ensure the power voltage is below 250 VAC and matches the motor's
rated voltage.
6. Caution: If using an AC 220V Control Box, do not connect to AC 380V
outlets to prevent errors and damage.
7. Avoid operating in direct sunlight, temperatures above 45°C, or below
5°C.
8. Do not operate near heaters, in areas with dew, or where humidity is
below 30% or above 95%.
9. Avoid areas with heavy dust, corrosive substances, or volatile gases.
10. Ensure the power cord is not subjected to heavy loads, excessive force,
or over-bending.
11. Connect the earth wire of the power cord to the system ground using
appropriate conductors and terminals.
12. Cover all moving parts as provided.
13. When first using the machine, operate at low speed to check the correct
rotation direction.
14. Turn off power before connecting/disconnecting control box or motor
connectors, threading the needle, raising the machine head, making
repairs or adjustments, or when the machine is idling.
15. Only trained electronic technicians should carry out repairs and high-level
maintenance.
16. Use only manufacturer-provided or approved spare parts.
17. Avoid striking or applying force to the product.
