Antifreeze protection.
"Eolo Maior kW" range boilers are equipped with an antifreeze function
ES
that automatically ignites the burner when the temperature falls below 4°C
(standard protection to min. temperature of -5°C). All the information
regarding antifreeze protection is given on page 4. In order to guarantee
TR the integrity of the appliance and the heating/hot water system in places
where the temperature falls below zero, it is advisable to protect the heating
system with antifreeze liquid and install the Immergas Antifreezing Kit (see
page 4). However, in the event of prolonged inactivity (e.g. second home)

it is advisable to:
- disconnect the electrical power supply;
- completely drain the boiler heating and domestic hot water circuits. In
a system subject to frequent draining, it must be refilled with suitably

treated water to eliminate hardness that could give rise to scale.
Casing cleaning.
Use damp cloths and neutral soap to clean the boiler casing. Never use
abrasive or powder detergents.
Decommissioning.
In the event of boiler decommissioning, contact professionally qualified
personnel for the relative procedures and make sure that the electrical, water
and gas feed lines are previously disconnected.
