4. Place the large flat washer and the compression spring over the hole on the driver's side roller
assembly. Make sure the spring is aligned with the end of Long Tube. Insert the Flat Handle
Weldment fully making sure latch pin is in hole #2. See Figure #5

4. Slide the tube and handle together so that it compresses the spring. See Figure 6.
5. Align the 3/8" holes in the Long Tube with the holes in the Handle Weldment and install the 3/8"
bolt & 3/8" nut. See Figure 6. Tighten until the nut and bolt are no longer free to move. Final torque
will be applied in a later step
