Fold chicken wings under the chicken. Brush
with melted butter. Place chicken, breast
side down on rack. When oven beeps, turn
chicken over and restart oven. Let stand 5
minutes.
Place pork on rack. When oven beeps, turn
roast over and restart oven. Let stand 5
