Direct input, measuring and function
modes
Direct input
Specific values for a fastening operation are defined
in direct input.
After switching on, the TORSIOTRONIC
"Torque" measuring mode.
Torque
In this measuring mode, a threaded connection is
only carried out according to the target torque.
The TORSIOTRONIC
®
torque and responds with corresponding signals:
 Signal lamps
 Audible signal
 Colour representation of the display value
 Electromechanical triggering
For this to occur, you must have input the specified
values into the TORSIOTRONIC
Function modes
The desired function mode must be assigned to the
"Torque" measuring mode.
The following function modes are available:
 Click (C)
 Peak (P)
 Track (T)

This is queried each time whilst a fastening
operation is being configured.
Click
On reaching the set target torque, the
TORSIOTRONIC triggers electromechanically.

When saving is activated, saving is carried out
automatically following relief.
Peak
During a fastening process, the maximum torque is
measured and shown on the display. This is the so-
called peak.
In this function mode, the values are not saved
automatically after a fastening process. You
may still save the values. To do this, press OK
twice after tightening.
Track
In this function mode, the currently present torque is
measured and shown on the display.
