CLEANING THE HOB
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.
2 - Turn off the circuit-breaker to disconnect it from
the electrical mains.
3 - Clean the hob thoroughly with a sponge and
normal detergents, rinse with plenty of water
and dry.
Important
Do not spray water onto the hob when still
hot as this can damage it.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The appliance has been tested before being put
into service.
The information provided below is intended to assist
in the identification and correction of any anomalies
and malfunctions which might occur during use.
Fault
The cooking zones do not turn on
Important
To avoid damaging the cooking zones, if
aluminium or plastic foil, sugar or sugary
food should melt onto the hob, they must
be immediately removed from the cooking
zone with a scraper.
FAULT
The user can solve some of these problems him-
self, but for others specific technical knowledge or
skill is required, and so they must only be carried
out by qualified staff with recognised experience ac-
quired in the specific sector of operation.
