When pulling out the water collection tank, the dehumidifier will switch to standby; as soon as the
tank is replaced, the device will automatically restart.

Keep doors and windows tightly sealed to enhance the effect of dehumidification, other than
when necessary to ventilate the room.

If the appliance is not in use for long periods of time, remove the plug from the plug point.
Emptying water tank manually
When the tank is full, the dehumidifier will switch off and the
"FULL" indicator light will come on and the device will remain
on standby; turn off the device with the "
plug from the mains, remove the tank and drain it into a sink or a
bathtub. After operation, replace the tank properly, plug the device
into the mains and turn it on using the "
Continuous drain to the outside.

The device can be operated continuously for long periods of time without the periodic emptying
of the tank by means of a discharge tube (not supplied, 10).
•
Check that the dehumidifier is switched off and remove the plug from the mains.
•
Remove the cap supplied (8) at the back from the outlet hole of the outlet connector (9).
•
Connect the hose (internal diameter 13.5 mm, with female attachment (ID:M=1) and no longer
than 1.5 m.) between a drain connection and an external drain. Check: that the tube is secured and
cannot slip off, and that the drain is at a lower level than the connector.
•
Check that the drain pipe is sloping and that it is not above the level of the connector (see
figures): otherwise the water will remain in the tank. Also check that the pipe is not blocked,
squashed or folded.
Warning: if you are not using the continuous drainage feature, remove the drainage pipe from the
outlet and screw the cap onto the connector.
