Safety warnings
Before use
Before using your new dehumidifier, please read the following instructions carefully.
Keep this manual in a convenient place for future reference.
After removing the packaging, make sure that the product is in good condition.
Do not allow children to play with the packaging materials as there is a risk of suffocation.
1. Read the instruction manual carefully before using the dehumidifier for the first time and store it in a
safe place.
2. Never immerse the product in water or other liquids.
3. Place the appliance on a flat and stable surface to avoid loud noises and vibrations.
4. Never use the product if a cable or plug has been damaged, after a malfunction of the product or if
the product has been dropped or damaged.
5. The product must only be repaired by qualified personnel, improper repair work can be a source of
considerable danger to users.
6. Unplug the appliance before transporting it and/or before cleaning it.
7. Use the product only with the voltage specified on the rating label.
8. The product must not be connected to a power strip with other appliances.
9. Use the product only in the household and only for the purpose for which it has been developed.
10. Do not use this product in the vicinity of heating appliances and flammable or dangerous objects.
11. If the dehumidifier is operated in a room with gas appliances, the room must be ventilated regularly
and frequently.
12. Use the internal drying function, if the appliance is not used for a long time. This will prevent the for-
mation of mould and unpleasant odours inside the appliance.
13. Do not place heavy objects on the product.
14. Do not hang curtains or wet clothes in front of the air outlet, this will overload the appliance.
15. The drain hose must not be installed outdoors at low temperatures.
16. To avoid spillage, empty the water tank before relocating the product.
17. Do not tilt the product to either side, as water leakage may damage the product.
18. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified person in order to avoid danger.
19. If you smell smoke during start-up or if you can see smoke, immediately disconnect the power plug
and contact your dealer.
20. The unit must be installed at least 50 cm away from the wall or other obstacles.

ATTENTION
Do not accelerate the defrosting process or use cleaning agents other
than those recommended by the manufacturer. The product must be
stored in a room without continuously operating sources of ignition
(e.g. open flames, an operating gas appliance or an operating electric
heater). Do not pierce or burn. Note that refrigerants may not contain
an odour. The maximum amount of refrigerant charge is 40g. When the
