Why is the dehumidifier not working or suddenly stops working?
Check if the water tank is full or not installed correctly. If yes, empty the water and install the water tank
correctly.
Check if the ambient temperature is too low or too high (when the operating temperature is below 5°C
or above 32°C, the unit will not work).
The operating temperature of the unit should be between 5-32°C and the relative humidity between 30%
-80%. The best operating temperature range is 16-32ºC.
Why does the air come out slightly warm?
This is not a defect. When the condensation system condenses the air in the room, the water flows out
and falls into the tank, the dry air flows through the internal system but gets warmer.
Installing the dehumidifier
- Empty the water tank before each use.
- During operation, keep doors and windows closed to save energy.
- Place the device stably as shown in the picture below (at least 20 cm from the front/rear and left/right
and at least 50 cm from the top).
