Defrost operation
The evaporator of the dehumidifier can be defrosted automatically if it operates at an ambient tempe-
rature below 18°C. The defrosting process may start and run for some time (approximately 5 minutes)
automatically every 25 minutes or more - During defrosting operation, the dehumidifying function and
air purifying function may be interrupted. Do not turn off the power switch or unplug the dehumidifier
during defrosting operation.
This dehumidifier cannot be used to maintain extremely low temperatures.
The purpose of the dehumidifier is to pump out the unpleasant high humidity of daily life and dry out wet
things, but it cannot be used to maintain extremely low temperatures.
Defrosting procedure
Please note that if the ROOM temperature is below 24°C, the unit will start the defrosting function.
≥24°C: no defrosting
18-23°C 2 hours dehumidify then defrost 5 minutes, cycle;
12-18°C: 25 minutes dehumidify then defrost 5 minutes, cycle;
5-12°C: 20 minutes dehumidify then defrost 5 minutes, cycle; 5-12 ° C
≤5°C: unit, compressor, fan protection. All operating modes cannot be activated except air circulation
mode.
