A. Green (or bare) and yellow-green
ground wires;

D. UL listed wire connectors (splices);
1. Junction box;
2. Flexible conduit cable of power
supply;
3. UL listed or CSA approved strain
relief;
4. Cable from hood;

• Disconnect power before
servicing.
• Replace all parts and panels
before operating.
• Failure to do so can result in
death or electrical shock.
CONNECTION
1) Disconnect power;
2) If not already done, remove the junction box cover using a screwdriver to unscrew the 2 Phillips-head
screws;
3) Choose a convenient inlet from those available for the conduit cable of power supply and remove the
knockout
run the power cable through the electrical input hole and secure it firmly to the junction
;
box;
4) Use UL listed wire connectors and connect black wires (C) together;
Use UL listed wire connectors and connect white wires (B) together
5)
6) Connect green (or bare) ground wire from home power supply to yellow-green ground wire (A) in
terminal box using UL listed wire connectors;
7) Install junction box cover;
8) Reconnect power.
WARNING!

• Connect ground wire to green and yellow ground wire
in junction box.
• Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
