To clean the filter, follow the guidelines below:
01 - Close the choke to prevent dirt from entering the engine.
02 - Remove the wing screw, filter cover, and filter.
03 - Wash the filter with mild soap and water.
04 - Dry the filter and drip a few drops of 2-stroke oil into it.
05 - Wash and dry the filter cover.
06 - Reinstall the components, taking care to remove any dirt that has accumulated.
Fuel Filter
A dirty or clogged fuel filter will cause the equipment to perform poorly, as well as make starting more difficult.
Always use good quality fuel, buy gasoline at a gas station of known origin.
Do not leave the fuel tank with dirt or dust.
Do not leave fuel in the tank after using the equipment.
To inspect it, pull out the fuel fishing hose with the help of a wire. If it is dirty or clogged, replace it. Perform
this procedure every 25 working hours.
Spark plug
Remove the spark plug. Clean it and then adjust the aperture. The ideal
aperture is 0.6mm. This operation should be carried out every 25 working
hours.
Attention! Non-recommended spark plugs can cause serious damage to the engine. Use only
the recommended spark plugs.
Engine decarbonization
Take the equipment to an Authorized Technical Assistance every 100 hours to decarbonize the engine.
Attention! Lack of maintenance causes pieces of coal that come loose when passing between
the piston and liner to cause damage to these parts.
NOTE: Cleaning of the equipment, as well as the maintenance mentioned above, are considered basic and
periodic maintenance of the equipment, and are not covered by the warranty. Mechanical damage that
occurs due to failure to perform the basic maintenance described herein does not confer the right to warranty
replacement.
