Introduction
Thank-you for purchasing a Lister Legend clipper
The Legend clipper is available in EITHER 240V or 110V versions. Please ensure you are using the
correct voltage mains supply before plugging in the clipper. The clipper has a 5 metre long power cord
to ensure ease and freedom to clip in most applications. It is intended primarily to be used indoors.
Extreme care must be observed if using outside. Keep and use in dry conditions.

What can | use the Legend clipper for?
* Clipping horses and ponies for competition, for leisure, for housing, and for health
* Clipping cattle for shows, for market, and for cleaning
* Clipping the tail area of sheep, goats, llamas, and alpacas for hygiene
* Not suitable for full shearing of sheep wool
Where can I use the Legend clipper?
* The Legend clipper can be used from a standard mains supply, either 240V or 110V depending
on the model you purchase, and is supplied with a 5 metre cable.
* Lister recommend the use of an electric circuit breaker on your supply for added safety.
Safety Information
* Clipping large animals can be hazardous, take all appropriate safety precautions
* The Legend Clipper is fitted with an current overload trip switch for added safety (See FIG 2)
* Wear suitable clothing and eye protection.
Tie up long hair and remove jewellery.
Head
protection is recommended when clipping large animals
* Disconnect from the power source when not in use, and before removing or fitting blades
* Regularly check cables and moving parts for damage
* Repairs must be carried out by a qualified repairer using genuine Lister parts
* Use this product only for the applications intended
* Do not use accessories or attachments other than those recommended by Lister
