Problem
The air fryer does
not work.
The ingredients
are insufficiently
cooked.
Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
• Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the
reach of children and pets.
• Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when
it is not in use for an extended period of time.
Possible cause
• The air fryer is not
plugged in correctly.
• The timer has not
been set.
• There are too many
ingredients in the
pot.
• The set temperature
is too low.

Solution
• Check the plug and insert fully into the
mains socket.
• Turn the timer knob to the desired
cooking time.
• Remove some of the ingredients and
cook in batches. Smaller batches fry
more evenly.
• Turn the temperature knob to a higher
setting. Check the AIR FRYING GUIDE
section for suggested temperatures for
various ingredients.
