INSTALLATION
1. Connect 2520-0237 cable to the IBBC on the machine.
2. Mount the 2850-0029 rate controller in a protected area.
3. Connect 2520-0258 harness to the 2850-0029 ProStop-E ISOBUS rate controller.
4. Mate the four pin connector from the 2520-0237 harness to the fused four pin connector on the
2520-0258.
5. Connect the remaining two connectors from the 2520-0237 to the mating connectors on the
2520-0253 adapter harness.
6. Plug the two pin connector from the 2520-0258 harness to the mating connector on the 2520-
0253 adapter harness.
7. Connect the 10 pin connector from the 2520-0258 harness to the mating connector on the 2520-
0250.
8. Locate the machine's flow meter, 2530-0209 (two wire) pressure transducer, and PWM control
valve for the pump and plug these components into the mating connectors on the 2520-0250
harness.
9. Plug the 2520-0251 cannode power tap cable into the 2520-0253, a cannode extension cable can
be used if necessary.
10. Document the Identifier and Password for each cannode, from the label on the back of the
product. This is used for Bluetooth communication with the valves in Pentair Hypro Spray-It app.
11. Mount the cannode(s) in a central location.
12. Install the POWER and CANBUS cables from the 2520-0251 onto the first cannode, for controlling
the left side of the boom.
13. Connect additional 2520-0251 cannode power tap cable(s) to additional cannode(s) if necessary.
14. Connect the 2520-0252 ISOBUS terminator plug into the mating connector on the last 2520-0251
cannode power tap cable.
15. Daisy-chain the M12 wiring to each ProStop-E valve starting with the outermost sections of the
sprayer. A maximum of 32 valves can be controlled by each cannode (two segments of 16).
16. Install a 2300-0067 cap on the last ProStop-E valve in each segment to seal the unused port.
