9 STORAGE
1. Drain suction and pressure line.
2. Unscrew drain plug and allow the water to
drain out of the pump.
3. Screw in the drain plug again and store pump
and accessories in a frost-proof place.
NOTE If there is the danger of frost, the sys-
tem must be completely drained and the pump
must be stored in a frost-proof place.

Impeller blocked.
Thermal protection switch has

Remedy
Remove dirt from the suction area.
Clean with a suitable tool through
the opening on the back of the motor
housing.
Wait until the thermal protection
switch on the pump switches on
again. Take note of the maximum
temperature of the conveying medi-
um. Have the pump inspected.
Check fuses, have the power supply
checked by a qualified electrician.
Submerge the suction hose deeper.
Fill the pump.
Check all connections and the cover
on the filter for leaks.
