Assembling the guide-way
At first mark the cutting line.
If you use the standard guide-way with 2,18 m length, place two steel dowels D16xM12 (preferably impact dowels)
in distance of about 1,5m, 160,5 – 202,5mm remote of the cutting (s. drawing).
Fix both brackets [25] at first only loose.
Now put the guide-way on and tighten it by the screws [27]. Now align the guide rail at the value of 125,5mm between
the saw blade and the guide rail and tighten it.
Level the guide rail with the levelling screws [28] and then tighten the collar nut [30].
Take care that the brackets are assembled absolutely tight and can not detach during the operation.
Put the stop dogs [35] to the desired position on the guide-way, however in any case to the end
points of the guide-way.
Never operate the wall saw without the stop dogs, because else the wall saw may be leave the guide-
way and thus cause considerable damages.
If it is required to cut longer than 2 m you might couple the guide-ways by the connector arch WS7550.
Take care that the passages are not displaced and lay very tight together.
Only assemble the saw according to the drawing on page 2 on the rail, resp. this rail on the fixing
brackets.
5.2
Putting the basis onto the guide-way
Hold the saw basis with both hands on the corresponding handles [21] and put it onto the guide-way as shown on
the drawing.
Now assemble the support on the rail by swinging both swivel bearings [15] over the excentre axis with both guide
pulleys [15].
Make sure that the guides do not have more than 0,1mm clearance. If the guidance jams or has to much clearance
it has to be adjusted. Therefore open the hexagon nut [17[ and turn the eccentric sleeve [16] so far that the guide
pulley touches the guide profiles loosely. Now tighten the hexagon nut [17] again and check the guide clearance.

Cutting tool - Assembling the saw blade
If you don't have to cut flush, always choose the standard mounting with plate flange and hexagon nut. Put the saw
blade onto the hub and fasten it with plate flange and hexagon head screw.
When flush cutting, you have to assemble the blade on the spindle flange [12] with the icluded six countersunk screws
[11] M8x10.
Put the blade guard onto the blade guide-way and hang the clamping jaw [5] with the tension springs into the spring
holder.
Attention: Never work without the blade guard.
Always use the blade in the same rotary direction.
5.4
Hand control WS 7556 F
The control of the WS76H is very easy to handle. The turning direction, resp. traveling direction is indicated for the
viewing direction on the saw motor (the operator looks to the saw as shown on the title picture).
By pressing the four buttons (traveling left/right, resp. dipping left-turning/right-turning), the feeds move. This is shown
by LEDs on the corresponding buttons. When pressing the buttons again the corresponding feed switches off. Direct
switching over from longitudinal to dip feed or vice versa is also possible.
